Parkowa villas are multi-family buildings in the center of Katowice at Kosciuszki Park in Poland and are the largest park area within the city’s administrative borders.

ASSUMPTIONS OF ARRANGEMENT

The use of the context of the housing estate, material continuity and the use of oak veneer in the interior, identical with the elements of the building’s facade. The forms used in the designed space are cubic and functional. The language of architectural articulation is simple and modernist.
